Remember "Perfect"? Well, El Paso makes the best Mexican food and her enchilada sauce is just fantastic. I brought chilis home from Texas and offered to make Glenn some enchiladas - he happily said "Yes" and then proceeded to comment that they would not be as good as Grandma's.
