My Attitude Adjustment

Had quite an interesting day today For those of you who know me well, this is not my nature but I have to admit, it was a toughie keeping my spirits up given all the walls I kept running into.

So, I'm working to create a little more peace in my mind/life and I happen upon the neatest little website that I'd like to share - their slogan is "you are what you read" so they focus on positive, interesting stories in the news - things that are uplifting. Anyway, I think it's worth a bookmark

We were given the opportunity to spend some time with Rick. He's a wonderful young man currently on his way back to Germany and then Iraq. I just loved seeing him but I have to admit, it placed a spot in my heart that wont be quite right until he's home. Carol loves Rick too!
