He's gay, he's talented, and he's just about my favorite singer!!

Section 114 Tampa Show

Carol and I will go up with Alison & Mali

Just AWESOME!

So What's so GOOD?

Brothers Are!!

Talking to Jim (oldest brother) the other day, he's busy studying maps for an upcoming trip he's taking with Keith (other brother) to:

The Grand Canyon

If you have never been, it is absolutely amazing. I was there a couple of years ago (North Rim) with Jim and Glenn. Incredible!

So, I mention that I'd like to go and within just a couple of days I've got a plane ticket!!

There it is!! I'm going to hike the Grand Canyon with two of my brothers this summer. We'll spend two nights at the bottom and one or two at the North Rim.

One place we're talking about hiking to is Ribbon Falls

Looks Awesome!! and it's SOOO Good!

Round 2

Been out of the loop for a while.....
I guess I had my reasons......it's been an interesting couple of months.

Guess the biggest thing I have is GRATITUDE. Among the challenges are some real pearls of wisdom. Being able to see that in the midst of the situation brings quite a bit of peace.

It doesn't hurt to have the right attitude.

PS. That is NOT me.....pictures to come.

Winter in Florida

The Festival of Trees

Weather - low 80's Aren't they cute, they're "ice" skating on cutting boards

Debra came to visit - we couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more.

Of course, no good visit is without a bit of silliness, courtesy of Miss Carol

just look at that SEXY car.

Hanging out in a Banyan Tree - it's amazing.
pretending to be roots - you can see some in the background - established and relatively new to the tree.
Glenn
Hug a tree (Carol and Debra planted kisses)
Goofing at a pier.

Technically you're not supposed to hang out in the mangroves.....

Glenn, Debra and Carol

my kids, unless that is Debra is being my Mommy.....

Thanksgiving

This year I'm doing it solo - that means, since I don't really like to cook and am not the best homemaker - no food.

I woke up feeling pretty odd - Dan comes in tomorrow to sign papers and leave with his belongings (at least that is the plan). Couldn't have picked a better time - right?

Well, it's just a perfect time because I have SOOOO much I am thankful for - seriously. These days getting into a place of gratitude is not a far trip - this picture just hit the spot for me.

There is a site I'd love to share with you if you struggle understanding how to be positive in the most "dreary" conditions (as they would appear). Michael Box of Crayons

If you sign up for his little letters (they come once every week or so) you'll never be sorry.
Email me if you'd like me to forward the one for this week - it was just awesome!

Included was a wonderful link - the sunrise all over the world - enjoy!

The gang at the next GREAT club (The girl in pink was the designated driver - you'll see why that was important later)

Teri, Miss Vanessa (the goddess) and Jessica

It got worse from here - but she woke up with no after effects so Tracy and I did a great job. Anything for that girl - the wedding is next Saturday!

Carol and the "D" word

She took this - I think it's absolutely lovely.

She's not doing so great with all the stress of the "D".

I know she's got lots of fans, all positive thoughts are accepted.

Jazz on the Green

Not a great day for me - the "d" word is not fun (and that my friends is an understatement) Fix it by attending Jazz on the Green with Charlie and Sparkle
It's all LOVE with these two firecrackers!!

Ok, I know I'm not supposed to do this...

So, I walk into Glenn's room this morining. (To use his free weights - no lie) and THIS is what I see.....You can read most of them...... I'm speechless - what more could a parent want for their child.

I love you Bri.
(better say that so I don't get my butt kicked for publishing it on my blog - no, no, I really love this girl for Glenn - his "other" mother agrees!"
